Mom and I have errands to run this morning. She said we can get sushi for lunch though. I go back to work today. What are you looking forward to this weekend?

Quick, before the evil MONday gets here! Let's climb those mountains, dance in the meadows, dip our feet in the ocean....Okay, so most of us won't be doing any of That. Sadly. But today can still be a great day!The area behind our back fence is on an incline, with less than two feet on even ground at the top. I don't balance well enough for the incline, but our mower guy mows that...

I'm sure you have a cell phone. And they have alarms and timer Apps. Set timers to remind you to take your meds until you get in the habit of doing it. Most people take their pills first thing when they wake up and last thing before they go to sleep, because its easier to remember. Until you get your meds in your system regularly, your going to have these ups and downs and stability is not going to be stable.
And meds can actually stop working if you don't take them regularly enough, BiPolar brain chemistry is a tricky thing, so taking your meds on time every day is the MOST important thing. Your old enough to remember this and know how important it is, but its up to you to decide how much you want to get better.
Hope your week goes well.
The better you get at taking care of your medical care instead of relying on others, the better off you'll be.
Take care.
