Sorry you had a tough week. I know that restless agitation too. When I'm alone with it, it seems so powerful and I feel helpless. But when somebody's around, I'm amazed at how much better I do.
Did you call someone up to come over?
I know that you did not ask me for the advice but if you are taking your meds, there is something called the GAPS diet. lots of people with bipolar are now using it. the basic premise of the diet is that your gut is your second brain. it is responsible for making seratonin as well as your brain is. an important part of this diet is to eat fermented foods or foods with probiotics. if you have taken lots of antibiotics, and no probiotics, your body can suffer. still, if you have taken the probiotics, you could suffer. the diet is worth looking up on the internet. it is written by natasha campbell mcbride. really helps with depression as seratonin is what you are low on when you crash. it is a happy pill. it may help you turn things around. it helps me quite a bit.
