I can't shut them up. I'vetried doing diushed, I tried going out and walking in the refreshing air, I tried listeneing to soothing music.
I wish I wasn't on Welbutrin. I was told no benzos on Welbutrin by the pharmascist. Not that the benzos were mine to take anyweay. But the damn shadoiws won;'t shut up long enough to fucking think.

It's been a steady increase in the volume. Like yesterday it was occasional and just little sighs, nothing I was worried about. Today, it got worse, and has been like a drum in my head. The buzz keeps changing pitches, like I'll get used to it...and now it's words, but not a few, like lots that don't breathe.
I'm doing a walkin tomorrow morning, but i gotta make it through then.
