Flouxentine and Nausea

Does anyone else get nauseous when they take Fluo? This is my 6th week on it and the last two pills had my tummy rocking and rolling. Should I get used to this?

I would talk to your Dr. Your body should be use to it if you've been on it for six weeks.

I only take it once a week so this is my sixth pill. Could that be why my body is not used to it yet?

Yes, bc you only take it once a week your body isn't used to it....and may never be.... I would call the doc. All SSRIs can (and commonly do) cause nausea at first, but since you take yours so infrequently it might always be that way (?) It's hard to say. I'm sorry you're dealing with this!!!

Usually it's taken at least once a day.

I guess 1 time a week is the usual dosage
So..... just goes to show I don't know it all
LOL !

It's Prozac.

If it's the slow release then yes it can be once a week.

Talk to your doctor.

    Wow, it's the middle of the week already!Today is our 11 year anniversary, so we're going out to a nice dinner.  I'm losing a lot of sleep these days, hence a wonky schedule and uncomfortable feelings.  But I know it will pass, eventually.I hope all of you have a peaceful day, and may good things come your way!
