I believe strongly that it works. I think I'd be on even stronger anti-depressants than I am if it didn't - because this particular anti-depressant has worked for 4-5 years. I've been taking fish oil for 3 years. Usually my anti-depressants quit working between 2-3 years. So obviously it has helped. I've been through every anti-depressant in the book.

Never heard that but know its good for your health in other ways. I'll ask my pdoc

I take 4 1200mg casule a day, 2 morning, 2 evening. Also great for your skin and heart.

There is one brand called OmegaBrite. It has 7x the mood helping EFA as *off the shelf* supplements. You have to order it online. Its not cheap, but is 7x stronger, so you take less capsules. It was developed by Dr. Andrew Stoll, the Harvard researcher who did one of the big fish oil studies on BP & fish oil.

I love my fish oil, but I have to freeze mine because I would get nasty fish burps.. The freezing took that away..

Being thinking of taking it, have noticed a lot of people with BP take it. At least I will have nice skin. hehe. Good for cholestoral heart and joints too. Good reasons to take it.

That's too much, 3 grams max. Also, try flaxseed oil.

I take one pill of each.
