I have found my calling. It's exhausting, it's not glamorous, it's messy sweaty work but I LOVE IT! I worked on my very first professional set today as a production assistant. I was kinda there as an intern but apparently I did such a good job the director wants to work with me again. I was running all over the place for hours fetching things, cleaning things, setting up, charging batteries, serving breakfast and keeping everyone hydrated. I was so drained at the end of the shoot that I passed out on a bench while waiting for the footage to be transferred from the cameras. I really want to be in the film industry, now more than ever. I love the difference between the set and an office. It's more relaxed even though it's more hectic and demanding. You don't have much time to think. It's always go, go, go. Hopefully I'm not too keyed up to fall asleep cos I've been up since 5:30 a.m.

So happy for you! It does sound chaotic but if you ask me it beats sitting in some boring job. At least you will get a lot of exercise!!

Once again I've had a fever today. I'm not going to the hospital because that's a huge waste of time but I did schedule a dr appointment for Wednesday afternoon.
