Bipolar Disorder Support Group
Bipolar disorder is not just a single disorder, but a category of mood disorders marked by periods of abnormally high energy and euphoria, often accompanied by bouts of clinical depression. This is the place to talk about your experience with bipolar disorder, learn from others' experiences, and find support.

This happens with every bout of depression. Feeling of shame and guilt show up. It's a horrific thing to deal with.
I'll try to explain this in the clearest way possible. The thing that causes me a lot of grief is dealing with social services like SSA or any type of welfare essistance. I get confused on was to report and not to report. I'm so afraid that I'm going to get in trouble for something. When I'm depressed get very confused.
I think this comes from when I was a child. I would get shamed heavily for doing something wrong and it stayed with me. Now I feel that I'm inheritly flawed and that I rarely do anything right. I know that's the depression talking and should ignore the unkind thoughts. It's difficult because they are very persistant.
I'm not into evil. I try to be a good person and help out. I don't want to get things I don't deserve.
May this bout of depression go away quickly.

Which explains the mysterious fevers and my extra fatigue. I'm so glad I pushed for answers.

Due to my increased paranoia, anxiety, and a panic attack over the weekend, my psychiatrist has put me back in a full dose of Zyprexa until further notice. Every time I think I'm getting ahead something happens and it's back to square one. I knew he was gonna do this but I can't help feeling disappointed. It is what it is.

When you start to get something moving towards a goal you'll feel better about yourself and your life. I've walked those shame shoes and comparing shoes and it doesn't help one little bit. If you need any help just reach out, we're here to support you. (Hugs)
