Ok, I've been taking Depakote 1,000mg a day and wellbutrin, I quit the abilify because of the blood pressure and heart side effects. Well I don't know if the key to the whole thing was the abilify but my mood swings and impulse/anger control have gotten worse!!
I've been on the meds for a few weeks now, someone told me it could get worse before it gets better. Is that true? Can't talk to psych until monday, maybe they can up my appt.
Hand tremors get bad sometimes and panic attacks increased. Its like its making me worse. I want to just quit the meds now and start over with other stuff. I'm also having anxiety over if I got pregnant or not because these meds can be very bad for growing baby, and its too early to know about that..

I'd sas that stopping the abilify could cause an increase in negative symptoms, especially if you stopped it cold.
Talk to your doc about what's going on, and about meds and pregnancy. I had an interesting experience recently with my hand tremors that were getting seriously bad. My MD put me on a low sodium diet and my hand tremors improved quite a bit. So you never know.
