I am always fighting my mind's voices in a angry debate, like I am under attack constantly. It is like I am defending myself for anything and everything. My energy is spent on building defending arguments in my mind. Often I am arguing out loud. Does anyone understand and have strategies to deal with this type of issue on a daily basis, in daily work and play? It is crippling. I am not manic per se, more of a manic dysphoria (sp?)

I know this is a mash-up or bipolar and cognitive issue but the bipolar makes the self beating go on steroids. Meds help a little but good meds for this make me too sleepy for the daytime. A good night's sleep with Serroquel is my best weapon.
