Have any of you ever have those days were your thought process is stuck on negative thoughts? When you look back at all those times when people take their anger and emotions out on you. You just sit and take it because you have no where else to go or you can't respond the way you want to. It's like your their emotional punching bag for when they have a bad day. The things that they said hurts and when you confront them with that you are being sensitive or playing victim. Although those things don't continue you still have those negative thoughts, feelings, and words in your mind. You know that this is not you thinking and that you are not what they said you were, but those negative situations are on repeat. You know that it is the illness making you think and say these things. You try to distract yourself, but it doesn't last long. What do you all do when your negative thoughts are on repeat?
