She told me EVERYONE feels that way at the end of the semester. So maybe you are just feeling that crush that comes right now. Hope you get back to not being fragile soon. A good break should help. If not, then it is time to start looking for some concrete ideas to change this feeling.
Sex went weird for me, that's always a good clue that my brain's doin' it's BP thing. After that I took a nap and woke up feeling so... yeah, fragile.
I'd had a dream about my ex and his friends, they were at a school I'd just started attending and a mutual friend kept talking to them even tho her and I swore those guys off 'cause they're so toxic. I couldn't understand how my best friend was being so nice to them, or why I even made eye contact with those bastards. I hate them.... So having to deal with them in such a realistic dream really upset me. Luckily I had someone to cuddle with almost instantly after waking.
But the bf could tell I was feeling "funky" and he tried to get me to laugh when I said I just kept on feeling like crying (this happens when my girlie parts get ready for hell week) and so he REALLY tried to get me to laugh. Not sure what he was doin' lol but he grabbed my arms to wiggle them around - just to be silly you know but whew it back fired 'cause I burst into tears right then and bawled for like five minutes straight before he got me calm.
Then I felt like crap 'cause he thought it was his fault I was crying! LOL
I know my one year of college was hectic, messy, scary and I honestly don't wanna go back.
Be proud you made it through the semester! Perhaps if the teacher gives you a really wretched grade or before he can even get to grading it you could explain your situation with a doc note and request a retest? I wouldn't stress it tho really, it's done n done, I bet it wasn't as bad as you think
I hope your negative feelings pass soon. hugs to you.
I am learning and growing but as of now, the fragile part of me is out and about even as the strong, survivor fights her way out. If that all made sense.
