Bipolar Disorder Support Group
Bipolar disorder is not just a single disorder, but a category of mood disorders marked by periods of abnormally high energy and euphoria, often accompanied by bouts of clinical depression. This is the place to talk about your experience with bipolar disorder, learn from others' experiences, and find support.
If you always come back together, and he's thinking or stewing - let him! I know its hard, but with my "bipolar" moments, I obess and make things bigger or worse, because I just won't quit chewing on it!!!! The flavor is long gone, and the 3rd call or email, might have been worse then the first fuck up!
Letting it go, and fixing itself without obessing and trusting Him - try and struggle with waiting for his call, instead of pushing - you have us, and maybe other support? Friends, groups? Do you go to real life groups? I have found for me, to talk about the stressor-problem with a Safe Supportive Person - mean I can leave my loved one alone that much longer!!! LOL Let's him miss me while I grow, and again - clean my side of the street.
All you can do is fix it - and let it go. We're here! Vent away, bite your nails, and trust this is just a hiccup - not the end of the relationship (((((BIG HUG))))) My advice anyway! You asked : ) Thanks! I live for such moments LOL
No matter what, take care of you... blow up episodes suck ... is there something you could have done/said differently? Is an apology in order? Are your meds keeping you stable? Do you see a pdoc regularly?
My 1st husband was in the military... gone often... it helped me to keep in touch with female friends...
Sorry you're having a tough time.. hope it works out for the best...
