Thanks guys. If I'm not better after some rest I'll consider the ER though I'm not entirely sure what can be done considering my condition.

I'm trying to just sit in bed and calmly eat my dinner but there's all this noise in my head. Giggling and slaps. It's so confusing and I can't stop twicthing and fidgetting and pulling my hair. I was talking to the pots. Or was I pretending to be on a cooking show. I was just talking in the kitchen while doing the dishes. Instructions. UI was givning instructions. Wash the pots when they've cooled. My letters aren't coming out of my finger right. I'm sleepy but I can't sleep. And I'm so so very hot and thirsty and the bugs won't go away. Jeez

The room feels like it's glowing and everything is so bright. maybe that's why I'm so hot and thirsty. the light is sucking everything out.

how do i know which bud=gs are real? i can feel like crawling on me but i don't see them then i see them flying arouind or on the ebd. how do i know which is real? or are they all in my head?

I don't know if this makes any sense but this is the only way i can describe how i feel- my edges feel soft. like at any moment i might cave into myself and fall out if the real world. i'm going to try to take it easy today cos i don't want to end up on the psych ward.

Sorry thing are so tough right now. Maybe you need to go inpatient for a few. Either way I admire you for hanging in there, maybe some good sleep will help.

I spoke to my tdoc and he thinks I need to be on antipsychotics before I completely lose my grip on reality but my pdoc for sure won't prescribe it and my ob/gyn already told me she's not too happy about the idea of me using psych meds while pregnant so I'm not entirely sure what to do now. And I can't afford to go to a private doc now anyway cos I blew almost all my money on the ob/gyn appt. I'm actually worried that this new bit of news is gonna break me a little more. I almost broke down this morning but I told myself that wouldn't help, got dolled up and marched my butt to work.
