I use to watch Netflix on my phone in bed and fall asleep that way. That way my mind was focusing on something else besides the fear. Obviously experts say not to watch tv in bed but that helped me.
Now that I'm a little better It helps to read my prayer book before I lay down. Or I watch old reruns of 90210 or Melrose. Anything that has nothing to do with my life or nothing too serious. I was binge watching Grey's Anatomy before bed. Not a good idea. I'm sorry you're feeling this way. HUGS.
What is OITNB? My media skills aren't THAT good. I hope you finally got some sleep last night, iam. it's so important, right? Yup.
I try to remember though that it's just a feeling that will go away and it's not what's real... It does pass after a while
Big hug for you sweetie...xo
My mind says hell no and I can sustain for a good amount of time before my body screams for sleep. My issues are not just BP but PTSD related.
When I was on meds it was either knock my ass out or nothing really helped.
As I said I just idk... hope you can find a good balance.
