DS Purpose

I think the the bottom line is that DS has outlived it's purpose, in it's curreent state.  We all came on here to share our lives with people that have the same illness, for comfort, companionship and some laughs. That is no longer the case.  It's all just sentences...there is no feel that there is a human behind them.  No comraderie. Just line after line of faceless thoughts.  It's cold and unfeeling. You can barely make out who you're trying to "talk" to with those pinhead avatars.


So....if anybody needs me I'll be on FB as "Melody Allen" in Coloma, Michigan.  I'm done.

Maybe in the group you are in, that's true. Not is all of them.

Totally agree. A lot of people have been dissatisfied in general & left way before DS changed everything & set up their own groups on Facebook etc. Most people that have left or are thinking of leaving now have not done so just because of DS been hard to navigate etc. they have done it because they feel they don't get support aswell.

it is not the same any more, I agree with dobidots, and this new site, well why so big, I am all for change to improve, but why change what is not broken. or try new things little at a time.

    Happy Tuesday. I only have a few tasks today. I'm currently enjoying my coffee and checking social media and emails. It's gonna be almost 90 degrees today so I have to monitor the dogs outside activities  How's Tuesday looking for you?
