Down again. I am so tired of the ups and down . I am a rapid cycler so it is every week or twice aweek . I need some other meds . The dioc mentioned cvryalar or something. I have the different reactions so they do not know what to give me also i am older and it is treatment resistent and i have never been close to being stable. I havs been 30 years now and i still do not know how to deal with it.
I am not up on meds and this place is the only way i talk to my peers I know meds work differently for everybody but if you know of a good mood stabilizer let me know i have tried tegretal depakote lithium and lamictal nothing works i am on haldol now and that is it i do not know whether to just stay on that or change

for me accepting I'm swinging and accept I'm fucked - helps me more than asking WHY - that adds more angst, to me...
