meme..why won't your doctor refer you to a pdoc? you are very fragile, and need an intuitive, kind and compassionate pdoc who knows his stuff and really wants to help people..

i think you should get a new primary care doctor immediately....that is not very educated of your doctor, or compassionate either..but he doesn't know what he hasn't experienced or had experience with so he doesn't really understand

once you get the new primary care doctor, as a matter of fact, when you call about finding one mention that you have a mental illness and you need a referral from him or her and see if they are open to that, most will be...

here in the us..you do not need a referral to see a pdoc, are you living in the uk, or somewhere out of the country?..

anyway, meme, find a new docor as soon as possible....maybe ask around foor a doctor who is open and understanding...

i called my bf..he tryed to tell me theres nothing to be scared of and that my dads there(tho we just fought) and my dog..then i cryed so crazy i hate my world babble he kept telling me theres nothing he can do..witch there is..another 10mins he was getting upset and frartated cuz he cant help can and well he not very good talking or helping on the phone..he tryedd to think of people i could call to talk to..he said our friend who is kinda messed but wont admit it..but its hard talking to people u dont nomral talk about that stuff with..then he sugessted my best friend..who is a bitch and dose talk or help me cuz she is to busy...im abit calmer now..still feel like shit..my bf said he did want to worry all nite and made me promise to do nothing stupid..i promise..i never break those with him..he told me to relax get my mind off thing and wacth a movie...and call if its imporetent..i explaned this was improtent he did what my puppy or dad cant talk me to commen since..he made sure that i would call him if needed..i hope he dosent worrie he said he knows i could fully go tho..hes right..i care about my loved ones to much to do anything..i dont want to ge off this site cuz i want people to chat with but im very esay to trigger tonite...my cest hurts hope my blood pressuer isnt high.....my bf just made me go out for chicken wings...oh cuz deep fried chickend is good for blood pressuer soium intake ectect lol thanks fieldofda... He might be able to talk to these people easier than you can. You can be there with him at the time if they say they can't talk to him without your permission.
