My mood and energy are both shifting and I am struggling pretty hard....anxiety is up too. Trying to focus on baking cookies...and I can start a new craft project but can't wrap my brain around a thing to make right now.....I don't want to be here, there or anyway at the moment. sigh My heart is just not into the spirit of the holidays right now....don't know where it went off too!
I've got a few more batches of cookies to go and then I think I'll lie down.....I just don't rest well ya know? It's not comfy for me to lay still and rest.......but I'm really too tired to do much else.
My hip is hurting me, been to the chiro today already, but it's going to take a few adjustments before I get back to the old self I think.
Last batch just went in the oven and will pick up again tomorrow with some more!!
Actually to be serious, I am sorry that you have not been well. I sincerely hope that soon you will get back on track and hopefully you'll enjoy the holidays and those cookies, too :) .
