and you can't make me. Na na na na boo boo. We used to add........stick your head in doo doo lol. Don't wanna go to therapy!! But, I know it's good for me........just like broccoli. I like broccoli for the most part, but don't wanna eat it all the time That's the way I feel about group today. Course...........I think I feel that way today about going anywhere. I haven't even brushed my hair. hah. It's such glorious hair though that you can't tell it lol. Are any of you having trouble getting out and about today?

I've had serious problems motivating myself over the past few weeks, but my support network has helped give me a well deserved kick up the arse. I never throw the towel in my corner no matter how hard things get. With help from my support network I get through seemingly impossible moments, caused by disorders I have no control over.
Do you have a support network? If you do use it as it's there for you at times like this.
