Thanks funny needlepoint is the only thing I have patience for I am very impulsive and reactive but i can do needlepoint I am just creative and have to keep busy so I do crafts It is fun and I enjoy it so I guess it does help with the bipolar symptoms when I cannot sleep I do crafts I run for a few days with little sleep and sometimes I cannot sleep when down even though I do not feel like it I can usually find something to do which is good I like to keep busy

+OlderCPer The shaking is the worst I had to stop for a while when I was on lamictal they wanted to give me benadryl for mild parkinsons I take enough now to counteract the tremor but it was bad for a while It is very relaxing and I enjoy doing it just running out of patterns to do I know different stitches and make credit card cases with them so I can always go and do something else This one is at the background stage and that is boring but will work o n it If I do not finish it it is ok I am just stitching for pleasure
