Tizzy
I don't know if it is this new drug I started the beginning of this week, but I upped the dose again as my doctor instructed and started throwing up. It wasn't like I had the flu, no fever and no aches just throwing up. As soon as I threw up 3 times I felt better and was able to act all normal like nothing happened... Any ideas?

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
It did however, help me alot. So I guess, my best answer would be to weigh the pro's and cons of the med before contining your therapy.
