Bipolar Disorder Support Group
Bipolar disorder is not just a single disorder, but a category of mood disorders marked by periods of abnormally high energy and euphoria, often accompanied by bouts of clinical depression. This is the place to talk about your experience with bipolar disorder, learn from others' experiences, and find support.
While this group is so very valuable I think it would also be therapeutic to lend support face to face. I've gone to a support group, but there were too many people and I do better with just one or a few people for a more intimate conversation in a comfortable atmosphere like a coffee shop.

Once again I've had a fever today. I'm not going to the hospital because that's a huge waste of time but I did schedule a dr appointment for Wednesday afternoon.
There as so many great people on here there's no doubt about it however we have had our moments when a members intentions weren't as honourable... Please be safe....x
