Do you know yourself and your moods well enough to tell when you're sliding one direction or another? I always know when I'm going depressive. I tend to go depressive, though that's not been an issue for me for months thanks to new meds. My pdoc said this morning I'm manic. I didn't realise that. Honestly. And that's not the first time a professional from my mental health team has had to point out to me that I'm hypo or manic. I just don't recognise it in myself. Does anyone else have this problem?

Quick, before the evil MONday gets here! Let's climb those mountains, dance in the meadows, dip our feet in the ocean....Okay, so most of us won't be doing any of That. Sadly. But today can still be a great day!The area behind our back fence is on an incline, with less than two feet on even ground at the top. I don't balance well enough for the incline, but our mower guy mows that...

I suppose the important question is...are you safe?
I can feel it now when there is a danger and adjust my meds to suit. I hope it stays that way for me.
All the very best
