Cos they seem to give me a nice little buzz despite being on a low dosage of Klonopin. I took .25mg and within half an hour I had this buzz going. My supervisors actually noticed and asked if I was high. Does that happen with anyone else? How do benzos affect you?

Oh Yes, I remember in the beginning of my first benzo period they just soften everything around you and make you feel kinda high that's one reason they are VERY addictive. You build up a tolerance level eventually. Now, I don't get that feeling I can just tell my nerves are settled down when I take one. Be careful driving and such.

nope not for me.... even at 2mg ativan just steadies my nerves... and if I'm heading towards mania.... 4mg just takes the edge of it.... I wish they did make me high.... but a lot of the time I don't need meds for that, lol!!

I thought I wouldn't want to take them again after the bad reaction I had last time but I needed it and well... Now I'm glad I took it and glad my doc has limited my supply. I'd probably start taking them for the heck of it.

A loooong time ago, I think I remember feeling euphoria from benzos but that's long gone.

When I first started Klonopin .5mg I would only take it at night. It never made me high just put me to sleep. I fly so high most of the time the Klonopin just brings me down to a normal level. I still only take it when I know I'm going to be at home rather than on the road.

Nope, just helps me to feel calm when I'm anxious.

Initially it gave me a slight buzz but once I was used to it no buzz but helped the anxiety and such.

I don't plan on od-ing... Then again, I hardly ever do plan on it when I do od. I haven't filled my Xanax prescript yet; think I'll wait til the Klonopin is finished.
