i am pretty good with words, so this isnt something i have experienced, but i have read about it.
being with said that. hope i to you, challenge indeed the forthcoming prevail.
I think disorganized thoughts affect me when I'm having anxiety issues though. I've always said that anxiety makes me stupid. I can't remember one darn thing I meant to have come out of my mouth. Now that's a totally different issue
I'm like you in that I don't plan my words out ahead of time. Not sure that it's normal to plan them?
Wish speaking was more comfortable :D
And talking and not knowing which idea or thought to follow but often I'm speaking and without thinking ahead about what I'm saying it just comes out and then I have another idea I want to get out so I hurry and finish what I want to say before I forget before I say whatever I want next. Sometimes it doesn't sound right so I have to stop and correct myself.
Never thought it an anxiety at all....
These are some of the things I do to help keep my game on top .
Good luck..
I know that I organize my thoughts on paper before the meeting I pass out info on what ever the subject may be and I stick to it. I check off my points as I go either on note cards or on my outline. I bet you have alot on your mind before you go into those meetings
There is never enough time to get all of the ideas in my head and into their heads. HAHA...
I think it is normal to have your mind wander. Yes your thoughts will be different on different meds. Do you record your meetings so you can review your performance?
Sometimes if you are top dog you may not know how others are receiving the info you are trying to give to them. maybe try hiring someone to coach you or even a mentor. A person that is not afraid they will be fired if the give you criticism.
I can try to write notes on a card..that may help. Oh yeah I'm sure its normal to have wandering thoughts. No question. lol It's just so annoying! To hire someone? LOL Donno how long it would be before they quit because I get so irritated sometimes over silly things or I toss them out just because.
