simmer together until the glaze is thick, but not too much. You can put other stuff in there, too. It's quick, easy, and delicious. I hear it is also good on chicken, probably fish and other sorts of meat too.
Sweet potato, microwaved until soft, and mashed with diced tomato, sea salt and pepper, mixed with the juices from the aformentioned fish. Not yer momma's mashed potatoes.
Washed the whole thing down with some sauvignon blanc. And yes, my dr. lets me drink if it is with food.
My 12yo that doesn't like veggies, loves grilled asparagus. I would also like to know what to do with Tofu. Forget it, I want to win the lottery and have an experienced chef cook healthy meals for me and my family.
Suninbloom, I'm not going to mention this post to my husband. He would totally be drooling over your meal. A well cooked London Broil and potatos would drive him mad with joy.
I could live without meat though if I knew how to cook tasty meals without it.
We don't have a little Ceaser's in our area. We go to the chinese buffet, 5 lanes, once a month which is dang good tho.
Flower: you can do just about anything with tofu. Grill it. Fry it. Bake it in a cheesy caserole. Tonight I marinated mine (firm tofu) in green tea and then grilled it. Its something of an acquired taste- but I love it!
