Difficult Guy

I am on a dating site and I started talking to this guy. He seemed friendly so I gave him my number and we talked last night for over an hour. The conversation went well and we both agreed to talk again. Well I decided I wanted to go slow and he said fine but then i also said I wanted to only talk a few days a week. He sent me like 10 text messages teeling me how he thinks there is somebody else, that i have problems, I was shocked. I deicided to block him on my phone and he is not getting another chance.My question is was I wrong for telling him I wanted to talk a few days a week?

He doesn't even know you that well yet. Please, stay away from him.
It's your life, do only what makes you comfortable, don't let anyone bully you into doing something else.

You were not wrong. You were setting boundaries that you felt comfortable with and he violated those boundaries. It sounds like he would not be someone to have a relationship with.

You're never wrong to set the boundaries of contact that you desire. This guy sounds like an insecure, controlling freakazoid so forget him. It might be best to stick to online contact until you're sure about a person.

Thank you all. I know I do not need a guy like that. I knew that the boundary I set was not out of the question it was his reaction that caught me off guard. I am done with him.

People are on their best behavior the first few weeks you meet them - if a Guy, says the wrong thing in the first day, or week - that is his fucken hello! It doesn't get better, that's his hello, it only gets worse...

So, my point - fuck him, messed up on the first day? Yuck! LOL get rid of them quick, Next..............

Yes I did doge a bullet. I am still trying to get over my ex and that was a bad realtionship so i do not want another one.

There was nothing wrong with telling him that. But I would not set a limit on how much or little you talk with some one. Let things flow naturally or you may get more unexpected reactions.

I think that you did the right thing.
It's understandable that you wanted to ask your friends and the board your question.
But it proves that he succeeded in making you doubt your actions.
That is shameful on his part because you were 100% right in dealing with his problem.The problem lay with him always.He wanted to control you and that proves how weedy n weak he is.
I hope you never allow that sort of 'man' question your true worth as a person ever again.

I knew i did the right thing I just wanted some unbiased opinions. I wanted to take things slow with him and not rish into things. Talking everyday seemed a bit much for me, I like my space and my routine. I am planing to talk to my therapist about it.
