This holiday season has been really tough for me, I've been thinking a lot about the things I have lost in my life or that just haven't been there.
I see and hear people talking about their families, their children, their parents and siblings and it just reminds me I have none of that, either through loss or it was just never really there in my life.
Mainly, I think of my sister( her life was taken from her in an act of cowardice) and of my children, who were taken from me in part because of this disease but mainly because of the stigma of this disease.
I just feel so alone, but at the same time feel like I want to crawl back into my shell(my own little world) were I control what I feel, but I'm trying not to do that.
I guess I'm just ranting, getting this poison out of my head and out into the open.

You have to release it. Try and let go although I understand how this stuff must have hit you.
Most people I see that play the illusion of happy families have something bullshitty going on anyway.
What you need is a harmonica.
I'm sorry about yr sister and I hope you find some peace over the holidays and stay near to the love that matters.
