I went to my depression group today and it was a GREAT group today. Talked about the hurricane and how we made it through it and such. Also talked about certain other issues going on in out=r lives to. I go to see my pdoc tomorrow morning and see what she says. I did not get a chance to get my blood work done yet so she may yell at me for that but wih the hurricane and all couldnt get there to get it done. feeling kind up there I guess you could put it but at times feel really low to so I dont know whats going on med adjestment or change maybe I dont know. ok thats all for now hope everyone is doing well bye.

it was great just because we support each other and we all gave each other a hug as a group and it just felt good to be loved and hugged:) plus we got to talk about issues to.

So glad to hear your group went well. It is amazing to see the happiness on someones face after a good group session. Hubby goes to AA and I can see when he has a good time. Hope the depression goes away quick, good luck with that.

Once again I've had a fever today. I'm not going to the hospital because that's a huge waste of time but I did schedule a dr appointment for Wednesday afternoon.
