depressed again worse than it has been for years have a problem  others my brother does not know what this feels like or the reason why  he  becomes depressed for physical reasons but cannot understand bipolar depression for no real reason  over and over no end iin sight

life is throwing a lot of crap at me including not being able to eat drinking protein drinks in the attempt to at least stay healthy lost weight  o meds have a doctors appt in june

may have to call and talk to the doc or np  getting to the point where i am sleeping a lot which is definitly no me just want life to get back to where it was

it is my own fault i cannot blame others except the bipolar not sleeping etc  they are oversteping their ground going to places that they have no right to go  am angry but have to swallow it and that is what is making me depressed  so there is a reason for this one  helps to vent  feeling better as i write this just have to pick myself up and fight back
