Amuseme
It has been one week since I have been for the most part incapacitated. I thought I'd come down with a minor cold last Monday and saw a client. On Tuesday I was flat out sick. I thought I was ok Thursday and although I knew not to risk working I did have a productive day. I relapsed Friday. On Sunday I willed myself to get out a little. I was hit with a head cold yesterday and I am just throwing in the towel and succumbing to this virus.
Fortunately, it hasn't effected my mental health, but it's still tough since I had such great energy and things were moving along so well.
Guess it's time to rest- again.

Once again I've had a fever today. I'm not going to the hospital because that's a huge waste of time but I did schedule a dr appointment for Wednesday afternoon.

I found that some cold remedies helped to tolerate the symptoms a lot
I hope you start to feel better soon...xo

You take 2 cups of epsom salts
64 Oz. of hydrogen peroxide
Soak in water as hard as you can stand it for about 20 to 30 mins.
The epsom salts help take toxins out of your body and give you good salts that you need and the peroxide hyper-oxygenates your body. You will sweat a lot.
Hope you get to feeling better soon!!
