I need someone to be excited with me! I'm 6 days free of my vape. It was in my hand 24/7 from the moment I woke up till I fell asleep with it in my hand. I'm using the patch now and it's helping a lot. I'm obviously still having cravings but I also feel very lost without my vape in my hand. It's something to get used to. 
I have  been trying to distract myself which is mostly crochet and I bought new yarn today. I'll post the final product when I finish.

Good for you kisses. Keep up the good work. I've heard that missing the feeling of something in your hand is common among ex-smokers whether cigarettes or vapes. Crocheting will hopefully replace that well enough for you that it will make it easier.

    Once again I've had a fever today. I'm not going to the hospital because that's a huge waste of time but I did schedule a dr appointment for Wednesday afternoon.
