Bipolar disorder is not just a single disorder, but a category of mood disorders marked by periods of abnormally high energy and euphoria, often accompanied by bouts of clinical depression. I don't mean like normal headaches. Those, I get pretty much daily. But true migraines, I get them maybe every 2 weeks, and I had one yesterday. I can't really describe to you how bad it was, so I won't try.
But it's something I need to bring up with my doctor next time I visit him.
The main thing right now's my fatigue. I can't do anything, damnit. Sigh. I think I'm going to arrange a doctor's visit for the express purpose of pushing my doctor to give me stimulants, even at the risk of being snatched off my pain regimen. I don't care anymore. Vyvanse and Concerta have helped me before, and I need them now.
Every morning (or afternoon, if I wake up too ill to eat) I eat 2-4 breakfast "whole grain" sort of breakfast squares (they're pretty gross tbh, but fill the stomach quickly) with a whole 16 ounce bottle of lukewarm water so that I can take over-the-counter medicines which otherwise irritate the stomach, but also 200-400mg caffeine and a good quantity of vitamins.
And even then I don't typically wake fully "up". Dx Jfc.
Do any of you have chronic fatigue? What do you do about it?

I hope your doc can do something to help with your migraines. It sounds like you're having an awful lot of them and you don't deserve to suffer like that. Perhaps bring up the CFS when you're being observed for migraines?
