No sleep but oddly im not that tired...my head is racing but i don't think its mania. im like happy but not crazy happy..anyone familiar??

Euphoric hypomania?
It can escalate to manic phycosis REALLY fast..on you before you know it.

Talk to your Pdoc..you need some sleep,before this goes too far.

A 3 day limit,is a marker for entering a manic episode.

dd is right, this is pretty much the limit and then psychosis mania can set in and who knows where you'll end up. Please contact your doctor and be careful.

Good advice. That happened to me a few months back. I was suddenly VERY close to the edge with no warning or precurser.

uuugh i cant even lay down and close my eyes without seeing lightning and all kinds of weird shit that doesnt make any sense.

Try a Benadryl..
watch your symtoms carefully.
Phycosis is on you like a fierce beast,no warnings.

I hear tylenol PM works well. Maybe an OTC sleep aid? You definitely need to get some sleep before things get really scary. Good luck.
