I have been cycling between high and low within a week or two of each other...peolpe that know me don't understand it at all...its just happening so quickly I can't adjust medically, by the time one medicine is adjusted I cycle and I need another medicine adjustment. I see my community nurse tomorrow and I'll discuss it with her[I see her every other week for my hrt shot]. My wife wants me go to IOP[day hospital program] but even though I've done it in the past, I have a hard time with patience with the kids that sometime attend[I'm in my sixties]. I know the hospital staff well[many in/out patient visits over the years]. I don't know what to do except ask my nurse and possibly somebody at the hospital.

Once again I've had a fever today. I'm not going to the hospital because that's a huge waste of time but I did schedule a dr appointment for Wednesday afternoon.
What are you currently on?
I would also call your psychiatrist and let him/her know what you're going through..... Hopefully get a quick appt ..... or ask your nurse to see if she can get you in quickly
I used to work in community health and hopefully your nurse can push for a fast appt..... Another hug.....xo
