CW is getting worse

My friend keeps getting worse. Nothing I say seems to help. He is now suicidal. I told him about Samaritans and I said that if he needs to go to the hospital, then go but that's about all I can do. It's like he just can't see the bright side of things.

Anyway, I'm about to just give up....can't keep doing this............

I'm so sorry. It's hard to find the words when someone is at that certain point. I've been there. I think many of us have.

I called 911 on a friend one night when he was wielding a knife and threatening to kill himself. I got a phone call at 4am asking him to pick me up at the hospital - they were going to let him go!!! He did eventually end up killing himself - for which I will never forgive myself. It's hard to keep up when someone needs serious help and won't seek it. I'm so sorry you're going through this right now! It's so hard.

Can you take him to ER. Sometimes we just need a helping hand.

Well, he is in another state, but I have been checking with him on and off today.

If he says that he is going to commit suicide you can call 911 if you have an address or email address C...

Other then that online all we can really do is offer support sweetie.... He will hopefully reach out for the help that he needs... Big hug of comfort for you...xo

Sounds like everyone has some good advice for you. I sure hope your friend gets the help needed and you can rest your mind. Your doing the best you can here.

If you reach back at him and make him go to the ER, you will feel better about yourself and your actions than if you do nothing. I don't know how possible it is for you to get to him, but maybe it's time for you to call 911. Holding you in the light.

    Once again I've had a fever today. I'm not going to the hospital because that's a huge waste of time but I did schedule a dr appointment for Wednesday afternoon.
