I feel like crap today. Emotionally I feel like crap, physically I feel like crap, and mentally I feel like crap. Nothing went right today. And I'm so tired. I'm sorry for being such a whiner..... but I've been doing so well lately and today just... BLAH

Try this: Close your eyes and pretend you are at Disney World. That's my happy place (Epcot rules).Plus, the day isn't over yet! The tide could turn.

Matt's right. Whenever I have a really bad day, I try to go to bed early and usually the next day is always better. Hope you feel better.
