Do you think that having bp messes around with your relationships?
I am getting so paranoid and upset when my bf says that he wants to talk...even tho he promised me it was nothing bad. What can I do to keep our relationship healthy? I am feeling so moody and oversensitive today! How can I keep from scaring him off?
Thanks in advance for your input,
-Jasmine

Wow, it's the middle of the week already!Today is our 11 year anniversary, so we're going out to a nice dinner. 1. Relationships are difficult for everyone
2. Everyone fears rejection.
Bipolars have additional challenges through either their "bad behaviour" or their apparent change in personality ("I thought you were a fun guy!").
We also have hpersensitivity to rejection. It's actually one of the symptoms in the textbooks.
So while I don't have any advice, you are not alone in your feelings or difficulties.
