hey everybody  have found somethinf to improve my rapid ultrarapid lately



i am making protein powder shakes with some oatmeal milk i googled it anf added some ideas to it flavored mixes for drinks tastes great the oatmeal milk is unsweeted so added sweetner



i  am drinking them when i am not hungry as the go down and i am not weak been walking around the grounds just looking at the senery and i run up and down the stairs  loL building up leg muscles finding natrul ways to feel better have to google the oils because of mood changing even the tremor is better so story continues better and better

That is FANTASTIC! I actually like oatmeal, so can see this would not be awful. lol

What have you been adding for flavors and all?

hey i have used fruid juce syrup for drinks fruit ca ndy lol now i put in some spinich juice almond milk sugar a little and protein pow3der they have different i use vanalla all sorts of stuff if it tastes bad no big deal make small also put in flavored water am goinging to t6rie some rasberry jam lol we will see how it turns out

Fantastic! I like food experiments. lol When I make a bowl of oatmeal I throw in sugar, craisens and walnuts or pecans. Powdered creamer sometimes - richer taste than milk.

Fruit, marachino cherries, package of hot chocolate mix & mini- marshmellows. Wow, you could start a franchise prally, there are so many great possibilities.
