My dad and I were watching the news. And there's something called "The Sequester". It's a new proposal by congress that cuts back on several things like airport security. But my dad was telling me that they are also thinking of cutting back on mental health programs.
Is this true? Has anyone heard any of this?

The idea was that these drastic cuts would give congress and the senate incentive to set things right but there's no hope. I'm not up on all the cuts but information is available online.
