I had my 3rd psychiatric assessment yesterday, which my girlfriend attended with me, this was a great help in helping the Doctor get a handle on my behavior patterns from someone who has loved and lived with me for 14 years .
It was decided that my mood swings are far to rapid even for rapid cycling and my behavior is conscious a lot of the time, I tend to have several different moods throughout the day with no long periods of mania or depression, they are also quite reactive too.
So I have been diagnosed with a possible personality disorder, no drugs to take, but long term psychiatric counselling to help me, I am very pleased with this outcome and feel that talking to someone outside of my circle always seems to help.
I want to stay in this group however as I have made some good friends and would like to offer my continued support to them, as they have truly helped me. x

Once again I've had a fever today. I'm not going to the hospital because that's a huge waste of time but I did schedule a dr appointment for Wednesday afternoon.
