oh man that sucks i know it can be hard but you have to fight chugg i know you have the power to do it but if you are not safe the you have to do what you have to do

I'm sorry you're having a rough time..don't beat self up for it. Are you on meds? You prob. should see a pdoc.

change is very hard for beepers and those with ADHD, so you've got it doubly bad. you have people here who care about you, use them. do you have a doc there? get your meds checked, see if they can be adjusted...do everything you would advise someone else to do. if all fails, then check into the hospital. it doesn't mean that you are a failure, just that you are a beeper..

Sorry to hear that. I felt the same way when I moved from South Carolina back to Michigan and the horrid winters here. I haven't had much luck in holding down jobs but I am going to try to take some online courses to keep my mind occupied. I was admitted to the hospital for a few days last Thanksgiving for my depressed bipolar....was the best thing that happened to me. I was terrified at first but had a good group of people who were in my group and I feel stronger now. Hang in there!

I'm so sorry you are feeling down. All I can say is that I am here for you if you need someone to talk to. We all feel this way sometimes, I know I do. Just hang in there, and as the others have said go to the hospital if you need somewhere safe. I'm here for you Chuggs, just know that. HUGS.

Bummer. Keep yourself busy, Chuggs. The community colleges are starting the Spring quarter next week. Find a class. Adult Education, Parks and Rec, there are lots of places to sign up for activites that will take your mind off your sorrows and loneliness. Get up and out. i don't know you chugg but im here for you too with everyone else .. you are not alone wherever you are.. talk to the doc and see if they can help you out .. i know it is hard to go through such drastic changes .. i hope that you feel better somehow soon

I can empathise Chuggs. It has taken me 4 years to adjust to living in another country.
Please see a Pdoc if your moods are fluctuating badly. Nip it in the bud and get back to the Chuggs we know and love.
