My sons know I am bi-polar with severe PTSD. It isn't hard to see and I make no effort to hide it. I think i would fall on my in hero worship if they would stop using that simple fact to nullify my experience and intelligence.
Good therapists are far more common than than good daughters. Which do you want to be? My sons are lousy therapists.
Perhaps you could calmly let her know you want to have a talk.. let her know how you feel and your concerned and ask her to think about it.. let her know it really effects you as well and that you love her.. and want to see her in good health.. it's not normal for moods to be all over the place for no reason.. there's help with the symptoms regardless of the diagnosis....
