If I wait until an hr after schedule med time - my brains goes into overload - persistance to get my meds.
I learnt that if I go 2 hrs past my med time the syptoms of my illness becomes noticeable.
I'm on 3 meds. I kept 3 empty bottles.
I carry dose of my meds with me when I'm out & about.
I put meds in prior med bottles - just incase I get pulled over.
However my sister went to jail for having her prescription bottles in her car. she charge w driveing under the influrance. she drove thru yellow traffic light & got pulled over.
Anywhoo, I half to take my meds within hr of schedule time.
I don't have work to have to, well, work around. Currently I am taking one college class, so typically, I can usually get thru the 2 1/2 hours with a klonopin on a bad day. When I did work it was very frustrating when a med made me so tired, or wired. Sorry you're having a rough time.
BTW, compliance rhymes with SCIENCE! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V83JR2IoI8k
Oh and I totally can understand having to stay up longer for other reasons - I think part of it may be just because we are used to be night owls too ( I have always been one since I was a child)
