I did so much cleaning ect while I was manic I didnt realize how much I did and I hurt my back in the process:( I have been in pain the last few days. I went to the chiro yesterday and he yelled at me, what the hec did you do? I told him and he couldn't believe it. SO now I have to go back to the chiro again tomorrow which is wed. I was up all night last night in pain no matter which way I layed it hurt so bad. I tried ice I tried a heating pad nothing helped. So I just took an hour nap before which was good but I am still tired from being up for 3 days I have not caught up yet. It is so hard living like this my family does not understand why I am like this they just dont get it. Anyway, I go see my pdoc on thursday see what she has to say hmmm going to yell at me probably but owell. ok bye for now.

Once again I've had a fever today. I'm not going to the hospital because that's a huge waste of time but I did schedule a dr appointment for Wednesday afternoon.

Be honest with pdoc - please! Follow instructions from all your doc's - rest, and trying - Do not walk out without a bed change, or plan!
You have suffered long enough... time to try something different!
After a high always comes the crash unfortunately .. I hope you feel better soon..x
always hard on me physically.
I do all sorts of physical things
I don't do when I'm manic. I have
Cerebral Palsy, so somtimes I end
up in physical therapy. Talk to your
Pdoc, you might need a med adjustment.

physical things when I'm
manic that I don't do when
