Hah, no, I don't - except for an iced one from BK once a week.
I find that, if I avoid both caffeine AND asparteme (from diet sodas to yogurt!) I am Calm, whether up or down.

I have recently become very interested in what Dr. Oz has to say for two other reasons.
Which is kind of funny. I remember quitting years ago and I had terrible withdrawal headaches for about four weeks.
Guess that was back when my brain chems were normal.
Coffee brings me up and rocks my world. I don't drink sodas or other caffeinated beverages, but coffee in any form is a must do. Although I do have to say that I have to cut myself off at a certain time of day so that I can sleep at night. My SO, Dave, He will make a pot in the middle of the night when he can't sleep. Coffee brings him down. Puts him to sleep. I don't even pretend to understand it.
