Hey all, just writing on here to ask for some thoughts and prayers, recently I have managed to stay calm but something happened today that flipped the switch and now I am feeling down. I will say though I am proud of how I reacted today, I got upset and calmed myself down in 30 minutes, sometimes I can cry and think non stop the whole day. So that is one positive from todays expirences.
