I've been annoyed for a week by this endless chatter in my brain. It is more than the usual racing thoughts associated with bipolar. Some of the chatter is disturbing and keeps me from focusing on the smallest of tasks. UGH!! Does anyone experience this issue? If so, is it frequently? Does it pass quickly? Should I be concerned enough to see my doctor and discuss? My meds have been working so I am really confused.

Wow, it's the middle of the week already!Today is our 11 year anniversary, so we're going out to a nice dinner. I'm losing a lot of sleep these days, hence a wonky schedule and uncomfortable feelings. But I know it will pass, eventually.I hope all of you have a peaceful day, and may good things come your way!

Yes 1alexis, I get the chatter like an episode is coming. Yesterday I painted and wrote and painted and wrote because I had so much chatter going on. It's been like this since taking Latuda. On one hand it's good, on the other hand it's too much for me to handle. So I took a bit more seroquel to get a good nights rest last night. Talk to your doc. It's too much to live with chatter.
So its like the line between your subconscious and conscious self shifts, exposing more of your internal systems than is normal. I know when I get like this I need treatment for anxiety because I usually feel less safe.
