My pdoc is weaning me off from Celexa and is going to try me on Brintellix. Anyone have any experience with this one??

I remember the doc giving me that particular anti depressant a long time ago. Unfortunately for me, it didn't work. However, I think part of the reason is that with bi-polar it takes more than one type of medication to work. I could be wrong but I would definitely try it. Let us know if it helps. Hugs

My daughter was on Brintellix and had wonderful results .

Her depression was gone in 2 days and she was back to her happy cheerful funny self.
Unfortunately her Insurance didn't cover the med and she couldn't afford the retail price of it.

Her Pdoc gave her Celexa, and that made her sick.
