yea i just took a shit load of seroquel and its not working.

I slept till 7 tonight. Wish I could sleep until I woke up and felt better. But then again wish I could be up forever and ever and be nesseled in the arms of happyness. Sorry, feeling a little fucked up right now.

3 hours sleep has become my new norm. i feel pretty good when i get the occasional 5 hrs.

Still awake..it's 3 Am..GEESh,I'm beat,I can hardly alk...and my typing has taken a turn for the worse

yes its very rough..i been up only 20 hrs tired but know better till 28 hrs then can sleep 4 hrs then on again..serquil made me sleep but not long about 3-5 hrs and then take a 50 mgs during the day then nap..its hard not sleeping

they say that sleeping is more importain to you than eating is..oh i can go 2 days without eating..compared to not sleeping...i been up as long as 6 days no sleep nod but no sleep had to be put in the er for hallucinating...scary things not sleeping.. james

That sucks :( I have insomnia too. Ambien is the only thing that ever helps.

For me, not sleeping or very little sleep is a breakthrough symptom that my manic is back. (You know, a big manic attackkk!) hope you get some relief soon. i used to love that i only needed 3-5 hours of sleep. now i realize that the bipolar coaster hijacked me and turned me upside down. yikes. try to reach out to your doc or someone who can do you some good. best wishes

hey x...this does suck so bad, i hate it so much and i can't take many nights of it becuase i start to fall apart and get delusional and psychotic...

you know what works for me...is zyprexa, i take it , and like 20 minutes later....i am out like a light....it works everytime....my pdoc gave it to me a few years ago to take when i was really bad and psychoitic and hadn't slept in a week....it put me out like someone hti me over the head with a tww-by-four:):) thank thank god...and i stayed on it for like a year, and gained 70 lbs..but it really helped me not to get into manic episodes and get psychotic...

but now, i just have it for when i don't sleep, or when i feel myself going over the edge...i dont' know, but it's worth looking into for sure...
